Qualifications: As a former interior designer for 4+ years, I consult on everything from color stories, fabrics and furniture construction, traffic and energy flow, buying and installation. I have also consulted with artwork for the LA Peninsula Hotel and The Georgian, as well as Mary Lou's restaurant in Montauk, NY.

Energy Design is the heart of my work.

What is Neurodesign?

My specialty is aligning the energy of a home with the people who live in it so they can flourish as their highest selves. Rather than focusing solely on traditional residential design standards—such as walkway widths or furniture spacing—I design spaces that support emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being.

Neurodesign work is an intentional approach to creating spaces, environments, and visual experiences that support the way your nervous system naturally responds to its surroundings.

In a neurodesign session, we explore your relationship with your environment and identify opportunities to create greater ease, clarity, comfort, and regulation in the spaces where you live, work, or heal.

Working intuitively with my spirit team, I create homes that feel like true sanctuaries: places of safety, harmony, and renewal. When people feel safe in their environment, they are more empowered to dream, grow, and reach their fullest potential.

This approach is especially supportive for neurodivergent individuals and Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), whose environments deeply affect how they feel and function.

In my philosophy, form and function both follow energy. Sometimes that means embracing unconventional solutions that honor the unique needs of the people living there. The result is a home designed not just to look beautiful, but to cultivate peace, joy, balance, and belonging.

What does it entail?

Rather than focusing only on how a space looks, we consider how it feels to your body and brain. Elements such as color, lighting, spatial layout, texture, sound, visual stimulation, organization, and transitions can all influence whether an environment feels calming, energizing, grounding, or overwhelming.

This is not about creating a “perfect” space. It is about creating an environment that feels more supportive of you—your needs, rhythms, preferences, and the way you experience the world.

The work is collaborative and personalized. You remain in control throughout the process, and recommendations are offered as possibilities rather than requirements. The goal is to help your environment become a place where you can experience more safety, grounding, clarity, and ease.
